Leaving CCF, turn right and travel towards Woodmansterne. After one mile, you will go under a railway bridge and shortly afterwards, the road zig-zags right and then left. About ½ mile later, just after you pass Chipstead Station on your left, turn right into Garratt Lane and follow it up the hill to Banstead. Go straight on at the first roundabout (Blob) and then again at the 2nd one at the end of Banstead High Street by the Victoria pub. Go down the hill to the bottom and turn left into Winkworth Road at the blob roundabout. Get into the middle lane.
Go straight on at the traffic lights, but turn right straight afterwards into Banstead Road. Follow the road through the zig-zag past Banstead Station and then all the way down to the end of the road. Turn left onto A232 Banstead Road. Go under the bridge, straight on at the first set of lights and 2nd at the main set of lights where the road meets the A24, Ewell Bye-Pass. Turn Right.
Follow the road all the way to the Charrington Bowl roundabout (junction with the A3). Go straight on over this junction and follow the A240 Broadway, which quickly becomes Ewell Road. About a mile after Tolworth Roundabout, you turn left into the B3364 Ditton Road. As Ditton Road is in 2 sections, you need to go to the end of the first section where you have to give way. To go into the other part of Ditton Road, you have a left-right manoeuver to continue straight on into the 2nd part of Ditton Road. The venue is on the right hand side a little further up in a big building that you should not miss.

Surbiton Station (north) and Tolworth Station (south) are the
closest, but probably a mile's walk from each.
