Comments	This team was originally formed by Colin Vernon, although he never actually played for them and the captaincy was taken by Curtis Widmer, a new member of the club, just in time for the start of the season. With 2 defeats in the first 3 games, it wasn't the best of starts - and they ended below half-way despite having a potentially threatening squad. With the captain and most/all of the other players dropping out of speed chess ahead of the new season, this team naturally closed after just 1 season.
