Conditions of Entry

The decisions of the organisers are final.

CCF have the normal insurance to cover for their public liability. However, please note that, although CCF will do their best to supervise players on the day and have strict rules as to where they can and cannot go, legal responsibility for the safety of your child is that of the parents and not of anyone else, other than inside the playing hall itself where the CCF staff operate and do not allow parents to remain during play.  You cannot expect anyone from your child’s school, the CCF team (including the school trainer if present) to take responsibility for the safety of your child at any time, regardless of what may or may not have been understood from verbal conversations with anyone connected with your child's school or CCF.

Players and parents are reminded that the playing hall is strictly out of bounds except for those still playing (and captains whose teams are still playing in the case of team events).

If you are not coming for any reason or if you are running late, you notify CCF on 020 8645 9586 as soon as possible.  For events held outside Coulsdon, you will find details for a mobile number included on the confirmation email.  Please appreciate that "no shows" in team events cause major difficulties and can delay the start.

It is a condition of entry to any CCF event that CCF may list all results (including names and schools) on our web site.

Parents agree that they will accept any instructions from CCF staff and the staff hosting the venue we are using - and that their child's entry/score could be risk if they refuse such an instruction.
