Summer Half Term 2023 Chess School

Please note that we do not have room for all parents to stay so please drop-off your child with all they will need for the session / day.

We now have a limited capacity for 8 parents to stay. It will be for those who require to supervise their child, for those who have very young children who are playing and those who have travelled a long distance. This is on a first come - first served basis, and spaces will be judged on a need by need basis.
Please email us to confirm if you wish to book a space before paying for your child. If you book and we do not have space you will be refunded minus an admin fee.

Please note that part-term refunds are not awarded. Under exceptional circumstances CCF may use their discretion to change this policy.
Unless otherwise requested, your child's data will be stored securely and used to communicate with you regarding events they are eligible to attend and renewal of school groups. The data will be removed from our system when they leave primary school (or later as appropriate if the school we have taught them in goes beyond year 6) - or after 2 full tournament calendar years (Sep-Aug is considered a tournament calendar year) have been completed without them entering an event - whichever is later.
