Comments	A good start to the season saw Redhill Force marching towards a straightforward retention of their title, but their run was halted in the middle rounds when defeat to Real Betis left the competition wide open. However they had played the strongest teams in those opening 3 rounds and were favourites as they went into the final 2 rounds, only dropping 2.5 board points in lifting the trophy once more.

Comments	Defeat to title rivals RSJ in the opening round was something of a body blow that left no margin for error. They then only just edged past a theoretically weaker CCF team in round 2 before a narrow victory over Real Betis left them as one of 3 teams leading on points. Good wins in the final 2 rounds took them clear of the field on goal difference to win the inaugural title.
