Day Time Chess Information
Club Competition for Inividuals
All players must be Gold / Platinium members of the ECF before playing
General Information:
We are growing a club on Wednesday afternoons starting at 2pm, with the prime aim of giving ‘senior’ (or available) players competitive (or friendly) chess at a time which allows them to get home at a reasonable time. Although it is primarily aimed at ‘senior’ players, adults whose work allows them to join will not be prevented from doing so
Time Control: 90 minutes for all moves plus 30 second Fischer incremants
Please note we do not accept cash payments. Please pay either through our website PayPal portal or by bank transfer. We may use our
discretion and accept cash payments on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you feel you need to pay by cash. If we accept a cash payment it must be handed in directly into the office and a receipt given.
(Please note the policy above does not apply to paying on the day for a one-day rapid play or weekend congress,
where we will still accept cash at the higher price.)
