This event is Coulsdon Chess’ Winter Season (September – May) individual long play club championship and is the ‘main event’ for a majority of our club members. Anyone wishing to play in this competition must become a GOLD member of the ECF
Players apply to enter by 1st August each year and are then placed into divisions of up to 12 players – the bottom section often runs on a Swiss system and can accommodate any number).
Please note that you cannot lay conditions to an entry (ie: Which division you play in), but we will endeavour to do what is best for the player without compromising the competition.
